Over the last five years I have been on a journey of self-discovery...I feel that I have learned/lived more fully present now than ever before. Grant it, I seeked out the assistance of three different therapists; one a Reiki healer, read a plethora of self-help books, tuned into many a podcast of sorts with life coaches and inspirational speakers, one spiritual retreat, a small scale women's support group, healing, wellness & mystic classes & seminars, created vision boards, had my astrological chart read, lots of guided meditation and attended a very enlightening religious series studying about and attending a catholic mass, reconstructionist synagogue, mosque, Hare Krishna Center, buddhist temple, and Native American Sweat Lodge.
(Buddhist Temple visit- me in front- look for the big hair)
I have so much to be grateful for, so many ways in which life is working for me, and through me... the fact that I am a woman in this place, at this present time with all of these resources available to me, my abundance which allows me too, free to chose, focus and learn about and experience what I want and who I am authentically. And more importantly that regardless of what or who you believe in, whether you go to a heaven, a hell or come back over and over again there really is only one truth for all of us; that this life is temporary and that binds us all.
